Kyle Chan, AIA, LEED AP, has over 18 years of experience in the architectural field and has been a licensed architect since 2008. He has participated in and completed a wide range of projects including commercial shell buildings, retail, churches, office tenant improvements, and new residential homes and remodels. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Kyle moved to the US with his parents in 1996. He was educated at Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) and Cornell University. He travelled throughout Europe and stayed in Rome for half a year, learning about and sketching great buildings. In 2003, after graduating from Cornell with a professional degree in architecture, he moved to the Bay Area, practicing architecture with renowned firms in the Palo Alto area. Kyle has worked with different municipalities, from the East Bay to peninsula cities. His focus currently are West San Jose, Cupertino and Los Altos areas.
