About
Our services are divided into three categories: Permit Services – This includes reconfiguring the floor plan, measuring and drafting, creating structural drawings, and filing for permits. The service is complete once the permit is obtained. Floor Plan Consulting – Based on a draft floor plan, we provide recommendations for layout and lighting adjustments. Once a preferred proposal is selected, we create a 3D model to finalize room configurations and window/door placements. However, this service does not include construction drawings, material lists, or implementation support. Interior Design (Hard Finishes) – This covers detailed design for renovation within the project scope, including material selection and construction drawings. Basic Package: Design-only, without implementation support. Full Package: A comprehensive service that includes procurement management, construction consulting, and project oversight until completion. We speak both English and Chinese. We provide services across most cities in the Bay Area, except San Francisco.
